General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the rules and conditions of use of the services and websites www.ssbaltimore.cz operated by the company   Střední škola Baltimore z.ú. (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider” or “School”) in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

2. Subject and purpose of the Terms
These Terms set out the rules of use of the website, educational services, admissions process, school activities and related services provided by the School.
By using the services and the website, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Acceptance of services and contractual relationship
By entering the admission procedure, registering or using the school's services, a contractual relationship is established between the user (the student's legal representative or the interested party) and the School.
The student's acceptance to study is conditional on fulfilling the admission conditions and, if applicable, signing an education contract.
The school reserves the right to refuse acceptance or provision of a service without giving a reason, if this complies with applicable legal regulations.
4. Rights and obligations of the user
The user undertakes to:
provide true and complete information when registering, enrolling or communicating with the school
observe the school rules and internal regulations of the School
respect the rights of other students and school employees
pay tuition fees and any other fees in a timely manner according to the contract

The School undertakes to:
provide services in accordance with applicable legal regulations and education standards
protect the personal data of students, legal guardians and users in accordance with the GDPR
inform users about changes in conditions, tuition fees and other services
ensure a safe environment for students' education and activities
6. Tuition and fees
Tuition and other fees are set according to the current price list of the School.
Tuition payments are made on time according to the contract or agreement between the school and the legal guardian.
In the event of a delay in payment, the School has the right to limit or suspend the provision of services until the receivables are settled.
7. Liability
The school is responsible for services and education to the extent stipulated by legal regulations and school rules.
The school is not liable for damages caused by incorrect, incomplete or untrue provision of information by the user.
The school is not liable for damages arising from the use of the website, unless the obligations of the school are violated.
8. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the SSBaltimore School Privacy Policy and applicable legal regulations, in particular the GDPR.
9. Final provisions
The school reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on the website.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
If any provision of the Terms is invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.
